Premier’s Ethics and Compliance program is the product of employees across the company, working to put our principles into practice. Legal, Human Resources, Corporate Communications, Advocacy, the Ethics and Compliance Office and other units help ensure that the company’s high standards of conduct are infused within Premier’s many business activities.

We continue to communicate with our many stakeholders and provide information to help them understand our commitment to the highest standards of conduct and how these standards ensure that Premier continues to demonstrate its commitment to ethical business practices. We also provide employees with additional guidance in ethical decision-making through our Business Conduct Guidelines and the Group Purchasing Code of Conduct booklets.
