Hospitals, healthcare providers to benefit from new Premier agreements for patient beds, mattresses and therapeutic surfaces

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (May 19, 2010) – Premier Purchasing Partners, LP, today announced new agreements for patient beds, mattresses and therapeutic surfaces for purchase have been awarded to ArjoHuntleigh of Addison, Ill., for frames and surfaces; Encompass Therapeutic Support Systems of Pasadena, Calif., for surfaces only; Gaymar Industries Inc. of Orchard Park, N.Y., for surfaces only; Hill-Rom Company Inc. of Batesville, Ind., for frames and surfaces; Kinetic Concepts Inc. of San Antonio for surfaces only; and Stryker Medical of Kalamazoo, Mich., for frames and surfaces.

Effective March 1, 2010, the agreements are available to acute care and continuum of care members of the Premier healthcare alliance.
